Illaoi, Soraka, Tahm Kench, and Karthus.
Zombies are too stupid to kill tentacles, so everywhere we walked would leave a few behind that would basically be permanently active and never get killed. Soraka could heal everybody and have an easy time landing Starcall on the dead, to heal back up herself. Kench could cook (at least, with his skin) and keep everyone fed. And Karthus would be around just to die, in case of emergencies. At this point, he would be able to Requiem and probably just end the Apocalypse period, or at least the zombie part of it.
