I think the hardest League to ever climb out is League V and League I. Whether you're bronze or you're Diamond I'm 1000% sure you can relate. When you just hit the next tier it's really a nightmare. When you want to cross that one tier to the next, it's also a nightmare. /RANT THIS IS SO TEDIOUS. It's always the V leagues and the I leagues that I have the least fun. :(

I never noticed a difference. But I never put that much weight on anything but my own play, so that might make a difference.
