level up yases e first instead of his Q?

Q only gets +20 base damage for every level. E gets lower cooldown, allows you to dash on the same target more often, on top of adding more base damage.
It's for the yas's who like to look pretty and dash super fast, i personally like to level up his Q first, and be more precise and deadly, over being flashy and dashy, and iv'e never had a problem with it, also it depends on who you have to fight, if you go against someone who you can dodge without using E all the time, then level your Q, but if you are against someone like zed, you need to level your E so you can dodge faster.
