Need Advice on Keybinds please help.

I've played LoL since s2 around may-june 2012 I started. Ive always played with QWER, D and F set to buttons on my mouse and used default keys for items. I move the camera with asdw, I came from an MMO so all of this might seem weird. Getting to the point...I'm happy that I've finally started to do ranked I ended season on Gold 3 when I started it as bronze 3. Now in pre-season I'm wondering should I learn how to play with default keys, with QWER? WIll it make me a faster player, will it be worth it?
