So when I win a Ranked game I get 15 LP but when I lose I lose 21 LP, is there a reason for this? Is that just how it is? I'm only in Silver V and it's hard to get to my promos when I lose so much just for losing one game. :P

if you are losing more points than you are gaining when you win, that means your mmr is lower than the average mmr of your current placement in ranked.
So in other words, try raising your win rate up and you should start to see the opposite of things
