Order of the Lotus Irelia and Karma "Lunarrevel"

Isn't Aatrox said to be the sword which possess a body that holds it or something along that lines of that?

The Lunar Goddess Diana skin is said to be a remade skin that was going to go to Karma. Lunar Karma was slightly leaked but never released along the line of "we weren't happy with it" that is why Order of the Lotus has a similar floral petal theme,another hint is the Lunar Revel Cassiopeia skin which had Fans just as the OoTL Skin for Karma.

So my best guess is Order of the Lotus was intended to be a Lunar Revel skin,and since Irelia's skin is tied to that line they appear under those labels.
