Chat doesn't work

I came back a few days ago after a 2 months break and I was able to use the chat in team select just one day...in the rest, it appears "logging into chat service" but nothing happens, so I can use chat only in game. Does anybody knows how to fix this?

I don't know exactly how to fix it, but it may help to say that from my experience when that happens to me it's a connection issue.
