I actually got a troller banned! But...

I played a game with this trolling trynd and I remember it was trynd because that's what he played and probably only played. But I first played with this guy a long time ago. And he was super toxic which I really don't care because theres a mute button for that, but not only that he was a trolling going to other lanes feeding or taking cs because he felt the need to take his anger out on us. I didn't get matched with him after that, until a month or two after. That was the 2nd time he did the samething. Then the 3rd came which was the game right after the 2nd. He played as an ADC Trynd. He went full toxic because his support wasn't being his bitch. He then afked for around 20 minutes however our team pulled it off to stay that long and actually win lanes. He comes back after those 20 minutes just farms and right when we get to the first inhib he says "im carrying you guys" or something similar to that. This was the last game I've played with him. After a day or two, after finishing a game and in the result screen I got a notice saying that a player was dealt with or something. It was basically a message from Riot saying that the troll I have been matched with a long with other people got his punishment for trolling.

I'm happy. But to get this troll banned it took more than 3 months. 3 months, to get him banned. Now that's an awful long time to get a troll banned. Now what does that tell you about Riot?
