The reason I made this build is because I believe the ap eve build is far too squishy and doesn't do enough damage before she's popped. I feel like this build gives her more survivability and damage.
Take out Nashor's/Wit's End and get Spirit Visage.
That's all the damage you need (oh, and pick up Chilling Smite).
I mean really, her kit very naturally synergizes with the guinsoo/gunblade combo, so you can't go wrong. Beyond those items, you need to be tanky to keep in the fray. Spirit visage works incredibly well due to the healing nature of the build, and iceborn provides the armor and cdr that the build needs in addition to sheen effects being really good on eve due to easy procs. Though you could switch it out for deadman or some other armor item if you really need more defense.
The boots could honestly be switched to any boots that fit the situation (mobi boots being a very good choice for Jungling).
Build works perfect.
Tried something similar to this with Stalker's/Devourer, Guinsoo's, Gunblade, mercs/swifties with alacrity/furor, then visage with situational armor.
Let me just say, your abilities do a ton of damage and your autos are not useles for once which is great.
For masteries, I went 12/18/0
Ferocity Tier 1 AS Tier 2 double edged Tier 3 lifesteal/spellvamp Tier 4 preferecne
Cunning Tier 1 savagery Tier 2 either assassin or the buff one Tier 3 preference Tier 4 DG Tier 5 pen Tier 6 thunderlords
I guess you could go 6/18/6 for more tankiness early but it's up to you

Evelynn is one of those champions where you could show me a loose assembly of 6 items and I would be like "yeah, that looks like an Evelynn build". Its so hard to build her wrong because she works with EVERYTHING
my typical core eve build is ap, but she is tanky/ap...try this
and either

also i tend to start with 
instead of flash. makes for easy early game snowballing
i never feel too squishy going rylai/deadmans. runic echos gives her enough burst for quite a bit of the game to where i get a giant's belt after boots. rageblade is ok, but i feel like with eve's ult being her only CC, its hard to keep people in AA range for a long time without rylai's and spamming Q. Same thing goes for gunblade. i don't see her being able to really use the life steal too much tbh. However i could be wrong, i haven't played too much AD eve lately. ap eve is just more my playstyle. i'll have to try out some of these AD builds. let me know if you try this one out and what you think :P

Why Spirit Visage on Eve? Also AP Eve isn't squishy if you go Rylai's.
