I see a lot of threads with people saying champions are getting reworks, where can i go to find this information myself? Because I would like to be in the know as well haha. Thanks :D

The super 100% official page is here on the Champion Update Schedule.
However, that's probably not going to be the first place to hear about it. You'll either hear it from a Rioter talking about it on the boards or Reddit and other social media, or other players repeating it on the same.
It's kind of hard to track all the useful Red posts down, but Surrender@20 finds and compiles them in their Red Posts tracker. I suggest checking that once in a while.
