So, I won 8 placements and got placed Bronze 3, but my friend won 6 placements and got placed Silver 3. I don't understand why because last season we both were unranked. I'm super confused. Also why every game do I get a feeding top laner? How do you deal with someone that's fed?

Were you ranked before last season? That would have an impact. Also, which games you lose has an impact, as well as who is in your games. Your placement isn't purely based on wins/losses.
