I think Rito wants me to quit

I've noticed over the last several normal games the apparent skill level/rank of the teams I am matched with has gone down, while the opposing team has stayed the same. My average queue had been around mid silver (so anywhere from high bronze to low gold was getting placed in my games). Now, the opposing team still has the mid silvers, while my teams are getting accounts that aren't even level 30 yet. It would be one thing if both teams went down the same apparent ability level (hey he lost a game, lets not match him with someone ranked that much higher next time), but for just mine to go down seems really strange.
