Blitz hook bug

I have a screenshot of the Riot Blitzcrank skin throwing a hook in between me and my ADC. There is a minion between us and space on either side of the minion. The hook is heading straight for the minion, but ends up hitting my ADC. I can't add the link here because it contains summoner names and don't want to get flagged for that. Where can I go to give the screenshot straight to Riot?
