Year of the Dog Emote

I cannot add the Year of the Dog emote to my emote wheel. When I try to I get an "Sorry! Something went wrong saving your emote loadout. Please try again, or contact player support if the problem persists. Error code: EM03." error.

I confirm. But apparently resetting the client worked for me. It's like getting the emote doesn't actually mean you have the emote until you have closed the client and rebooted it so it can actually load the emote.
