Someone playing an AP mid and being given an item that provides +400 AP Passive: +50% Total AP multiplier and being like "Nah... I'd rather buy 6 dorans rings they give me more Health and Mana Regen"

Making generic statements like, this statement is generic yo! Ya feel me? The point of this thread is missing... it is pointless...
Flash sucks guys it like lets you move a little bit and then do nothing cuz teamfights need to happen all the time and its not like dragon and baron have 6-7 minute timers. Its not like the game needs strategy or anything, like remembering flash timers, or blowing them to make a play later. The adc doesn't really need to self peel itself, just instalock Jinx with ignite teleport no flash no problem.
By the way an item similar to that actually existed and it was called Deathfire Grasp and it's active was so broken on some champions that it was nerfed hard before being removed from the game entirely.
