Recent server lag?

Hello, I'd like to just ask why I'm getting so much more lag than usual, it's not usually like this. I've been increasing in average ping from about 110-130 since I've begun playing (End of Season 3), but that's not my main concern. More recently, I got out of an ARAM game a few minutes ago where I was getting some pretty horrible packet loss and somewhat high ping (200-400 ), and it wasn't even stable high ping either. It kept fluctuating by the hundreds. Since I know that companies such as y'all's selves, Riot, cannot change their system for the sake of one person, but I gotta ask if y'all might know WHY it is I am getting such bad connections. I play games like Minecraft and Unturned and Planetside2, and on all of them I get along just fine with the connection, so I can rule out that it is my internet (excluding the possibility that I am just extremely unlucky and am being throttled every time I launch League and League only).

If it helps, I am located around the Houston area of Texas and my provider is AT&T.

P.S I heard you were putting some sort of server thing in Dallas, is this likely going to have a significant impact on these issues? Thanks in advance for your responses.
