Now hopefuly they do something to make 
playable... And make the buff remove health costs.
I remember playing URF as Veigar and jsut constantly nuking people. Q farm was insane. One game I had 2k AP with no AP items, only health/tanky items. I was invincible :)
such a fun game mode. God, I miss it. They have been claiming to bring it back this season, but I just hope they make it permanent.
considering that its almost April fools day i dont get people are shocked, it should be common knowledge that URF always coincides with April Fools day! and from all the other games modes that were brought back they always change something with it!
