Report feedback message?

I reported someone recently for hate speech, literally 2 hours ago, I'll leave out which words were said. But in champion select for my next game a message popped up on my screen that I couldn't read in time because the game started and it went away. It said something like report feedback and someone getting a penalty, is there anyway to find out who it was for, or what it was about? I can't find a way to bring the message back up for me to read, (if there's even a way).

I'm aware my grammar is terrible, I apologize.

The message only says that someone you reported recently received some penalty. You will not be notified who or what punishment.

Okay, I was more so worried about it maybe being something I did wrong than it was knowing what happened to who.

sometimes you dont get messages i heard also i had a 30 game in a row where it was so toxic that i got 6 people punishments and certain others should have been on of which was tyler1 but worse a bard that bragged about 30 perma bans in 2 years if you saw the game you would know why hes probably not lying...

6 notifcations of punishments in 30 games plus maybe 3 none toxic games in that 30. thats not sometimes it all the time.

today there's no point in logging in first game gltich abuser loss to a zac jungle then a retard amumu when i qued jungle then top and got top agianst a trand.

and then finally a teemo top and a afk for 6 mins ori mid. honestly we shoulda lost zyra was a smurf easily gold or above.

i would love a handful of games where there arent afks and arent trolls honestly i would prefer feeders to the 2 most dont int feed they just die because they dont get help or there to tilted to not make msitakes

its looking great being in the "5% toxic", a bullshit number which is why they wont give stats, because so far it looks like the only "postive players ive met are smurfs having a good day" wether it was the rene from the other day who was a champ or this zyra from last game who i disliked despite being clearly above sliver in skill.

toxicity wont stop tell ass hats riot dick rider sheep stop tilting allies for lulz or riot lets people just log for the day when they hit that boiling over point mid game.
