Didn't get a mystery skin when I got a legendary skin

I picked up the Black Frost Anivia skin on April 1st, it had a little chest icon in the bottom corner, but I didn't get a mystery skin with it. Do you not get one for Black Frost? If not it's no big deal but I thought you got one with each legendary skin.

Double check your Purchase History to make sure you didn't simply miss the animation by mistake, clicking it away thinking it was something else. If all else fails, you can submit a Support Ticket.
