Bots in PvP matches??

Does anyone else have a problem with, possible bots in PvP?

There have been several times where my friend and I have started normal games and gone up against a team that does not respond in all chat, and behave like bots. Such as, they all tend to group together near late game, don't ward, and often allow to be kited against easily. It's basically a beginner bot game. I have difficulty believing actual people would behave in this manner, and that real people just wouldn't be using chat. And, at the end of the game in the score screen, they all have the same icon, names greyed out, and still no chat.

And just today, I played an ARAM with a different friend and we went against something similar. No team strategy at all, just run in, do a few attacks, and run out only when it's too late. Basically, like I said, behave like bots. No response in chat. We even had two of these characters on our team, they did not communicate in champion select, didn't use the skin boost when my friend bought it, and behaved just like the enemy team.

My friend checked their profiles at the end of the game, and they were all around level 29 and had nothing but ARAM games played.

Does anyone know what this might be..?
