First Non-Ranked dodge of the day should have no wait timer.

edit: after waiting out the timer and joining queue, I get into a game where everything is called so I just take adc. Last guy left hovers Garen and says he doesn't know how to support. I tell him to pick leona and ill teach him, he locks Garen and stops talking. People wonder why no one in bronze is willing to adc....

There are so many times a day where you get into a lobby where 2 people call their lanes and then the rest of the people dont say anything and just take whatever lane they want. I just had a lobby where 4 people locked mid/top and I obviously dodged because theres no way I'm dealing with that. Now I'm sitting here for 6 minutes because people think they're about the rules or think trolling is funny.

I realize that making the first normals dodge of the day free creates a bit more trolling in the sense that people can just dodge a game with no punishment, but that's just one game and it saves a lot of people time when they dont deserve to have the wait timer. On my smurf I have to dodge like once every 3 games just because people join, pick what they want to play and lock in without speaking or having any regard for what people have called. Most frustrating thing.

Once again raising the topic of being able to report people for trolling/not communicating in the champion select menu. If 4 people look in or 2 people lock in mid when neither of them called it, you should be able to report them and then unfortunately dodge and likely get a wait timer that you don't deserve, whether it be 6, 10 or 20 minutes.
