Stop confusing between QoL change and buffs

I see so many requests for QoL changes when they actually mean buffs... I'm a little annoyed so I'm gonna explain what Riot means when they say "Quality of Life changes"

Quality of life change doesn't change numbers, or it changes very little. Recent-ish update on bline is a QoL change because it didn't actually change the duration of blind. To quote others who explained,

QoL changes refer to Quality of Life; for example, a QoL change they did for nidalee was instead of her pounce and swipe being aimed "in front" of nidalee, they activate from nidalee towards the cursor. It enhanced the QoL of nidalee players by making it easier to jump walls and to jump where you want.

Another example of a QoL change is how a large amount of spells now have exact indicators where a lot of AoEs land, e.g. Rumble's ult now having that green box around it or nidalee's Bushwack (traps) being more visible in bushes with the green rings around them.

Please note, OP, that QoL changes do not involve increases in range, damage, base stats or anything of that sort.

QoL changes are meant to make it easier to fight the other players, not the UI.

Buffs actually change the numbers so that abilities/champions become stronger number-wise. QoL helps players because they can understand the situations more easily. As such, after QoL changes, the champion's win rate may increase since it reduces human mistakes. Buffs make champions stronger because they actually are stronger now.
