Harrowing

Ok, so to start this off I have rarely made a random bash riot thread, but here is a go at it.

In 2015 riot stated that " Harrowing doesn't necessarily have to happen on Halloween" not a direct quote but I imagine it's pretty close. So I defended riot when they made that post thinking they would throw a harrowing event in at some other point in 2016, possibly in a dead slot they needed content for like late spring/early summer when there aren't many holidays to do events for.

The boards were right, I was wrong, and riot just straight up lied to us since they were behind on content and didn't want to man up and admit it.

Personally didn't really care the content was late last year but I hate being wrong and I hate the boards being right even more. Feels Bad Man
