Placements

So, I enjoy we'll get to do solo/duo queue again and i'm glad flex queue is a thing. What i'm not happy about is that, usually anytime during placements you get put in with same elo players from the previous season. Past two games i was put in games with 3 bronze on my team while the enemy team had high gold and plat. I ended the season gold 1, why are you not putting effort into placing people with similar elo together instead of just throwing a bunch of crap together and calling it a day. I've lost 3 promo games because of this, because they wanted to try new champions and have fun. Fun is for normal queue, yes having fun in ranked is a big part but how can i have fun when I have bronze 3 players picking picks they've never played before into gold/plat players and feeding 5 kills withing 3 minutes? I want to play with people that have the same understanding of the game as i do. Not i saw bjergson do it once so i'm going to go dive a tower every time my ult is up.
