Fix Flex Queue Matchmaking

Dynamic Queue matchmaking was fine in placements, everyone was around the same tier, and it was good. Then comes flex queue which is essentially dynamic queue, but the matchmaking is horrible. I should not be placed in a game where i have 1 other gold than me 2 silver and a bronze, and we go up against 3 plats a gold and a diamond. Fix this please, I can hold my own but i can't control my bronze players to where they can do good against a diamond 4.
