Direct X error

Since this latest patch I've been getting a direct x error every 6 or 7 games, the issue is my direct x is up to date, and everything else including my computer is up to date, so I don't know why i'm getting this error message. I've reseaerched how to fix it and I fix it every time , but it's only a temporary fix, and then leagues doesn't let me reconnect to my game that I was kicked out of due to this error.
