When is the tribunal comming back?

I miss having the tribunal around and it was a good way to let the community decide what was and wasn't acceptable to be done in game.

I know having all the power in the community would be bad because there are people that would just press punish on every single one without reading just to get the IP but if the community had a set percentage of weigh in to cases and were only rewarded when they were in the right "according to the majority" so people would have more incentive to read and make a good decision.
