How does Division skipping work?
I'm in my promos from Silver 1 to Gold, I am currently on a 17 win streak 15 of them being straight ranked, some duo some solo queue. When and how many division can I expect to skip please?

You need to have an MMR way above the range for the division you're trying to promote into.
Normally this only happens if you are winning a lot but lose your promos repeatedly. If this is the case then you'll gain far more LP per win then you lose per loss, like getting +30 and -5, and when you do win a promo series you could skip one or more divisions.
It doesn't really tell you in advance. I skipped silver 4 and I skipped silver 2 while I was climbing to gold last season and basically I just won my promos and it put me in the higher division.
The best way to tell is if you are playing with and against people who are higher than you in the league system. Ex: When I was silver 5 I was playing with gold 5 players. When I was Silver 3 I was playing with Gold 3 players. When I hit Silver 1 I was playing with Gold 1 and Gold 2 players, sometimes platinum and it skipped me to Gold 4. Then I stopped playing because season rewards are the only reason to play ranked :)
Basically you can't just win your games. You need to carry your games hard like 6-0 by 20 minutes took their inhib tower. basically stomp the other team.
