how can you do good when your teamamtes feed everyone?

cool im 2-0 in lane but that doesnt matter 3 people come after me and my jungler gnar sits top still takes 0 advantage and still gets raped in cs all game long, botlane straight feeding. quin wont group keeps going botlane whole team is negative and feeding and i get 0 help. 2 games in a row where there team is actually competent while the other team gets 1-2 r%%%%%s that should be bronze, i dont know why the teams are never equal in skill (not having 1-2 bronze players that actually understand the common sense of the game) for example this gold 4 quin in a gold 5 game not only does he feed im farming botlane while mid is being pushed in so he goes bot and trys to take cs from me LOL he literally had no idea to go mid to clear the wave and push he goes bot because he is bronze level r%%%%%ed and doenst know what else to do. its sad i dont know how this kid even gets gold 4?? hes on a losing streak go not a surprise but seriously do this many players get boosted?
