I haven't been allowed to play jhin for various reasons.

Is this happening for anyone else? Literally every game I've played since I bought him, either I get a lane other than bot, or someone leaves when I'm about to get to play him. Finally today I got first pick, and before I can pick, someone leaves, then this terrible new champ select put me mid. How do I get practice against real people when this happens every single game? I just needed to rant after that last person left. I just wanna play against a real opponent once.
