Is it possible to refresh the random matches you can spectate at the main screen?

I like watching matches from the very beginning, so when it doesn't refresh, I'm not gonna watch a match that's already 10 minutes in. I was just wondering if there is a way to refresh these matches without closing the game or waiting for them to refresh. Most the time I'm looking for a specific champion, and if I can't find them I usually just close League and google it, but I prefer to watch live matches so I can move around the map and see what other players are doing.
