How will I know when I get that free champion that's supposed to come today?

I just logged in to see if I got one, and there didn't seem to be any indicator as to whether or not I got a champ. I just was wondering if, other than knowing all the champs I had before, there was a way to tell what the new champ is. Thanks peepz!
