do you guys still have ping drops in 6.3? random laggs and dc's?

im too affraid to play because i (and A DAMN LOT of others) had normal ping in custom games but in a normal/aram/ranked it went up to 800 and i had dc's all game long.

can someone check for me if this is fixed finally?
