Boots of Mobility
Is it just me, but I swear people who buy boots of mobility are attacking faster than normal. They shouldn't give attack speed, but it looks like they gain attack speed as soon as they buy it.

insaiyanbacca1 voteswell boots of mobility turn off in combat so i doubt thats it, could just possibly be a visual glitch
Sky RUSHER1 votesOh sorry, it's that item! x) I though 'bout normal boots. Welp they twinked attack animation on some champ some months ago to make it look like they are completing faster someting like that. No real attack speed boost
