im in silver 1 going to gold soon, when if i get gold soon is it too late to get the boarder??

No. Season has ended any any progress you make now will not get you last seasons rewards.
You only get season rewards for your rank at the end of that season, and you'll have that reward (or lack thereof) until the end of the next season. So, no.
like master nami said no ,but keep trying to get to gold it will make getting in to gold next season ezer
Yea season rewards are done. But keep climbing, it will help with your placements for when season starts!
