Okay I am silver 1 and i got to 97 lp and they shut down ranked before i could get to gold! does the lp i have effect the rank i will get after the 10 games? does it matter that i am silver 1? is it likely to get gold?

your lp does not matter for rank and most the time unless you win like 8ish of your games you almost always go down.
