False reporting

I just went through a game, which, despite having a player who tried throwing the game for the others, we won. Now, post game, he lies and tells the people I was in game the previous match that I was "talking s***" about them so they reported me. Am I the only one who thinks this kind of thing shouldn't be allowed? I know most unranked through bronze premade groups are toxic and flame others, but reporting with no just cause shouldn't be allowed and should be taken seriously.
