Am I the only one who misses the old rift?

I remember when I first played LoL. It was really fun and it was on the former Summoner's Rift. It was back when everything was simpler and not every champion had 4 passives. Back when I was in the lower levels, it didn't matter if I was 0/20/0, because I didn't even know how to find out my KDA. It didn't matter if I played Taric, because nobody cared. Now that I have a smurf account, I realize that the majority of players in lower levels are smurfs. I think Riot should make things simpler again. Maybe after Illaoi, the next champion will be a simple, fun, intuitive, and strong - but not overpowered addition to the game. Not that the new Summoner's Rift is anything to be upset about. It's pretty cool. But I think that before they implimented it, the champions were a lot simpler and more fun to play.
