No Halloween?

Am I missing something? I tried to google Halloween events, and saw that there have been some in past years. So I pulled out my credit card and started dreaming about what cool skins I could buy with my shiny new RP.

There seems to be nothing happening, though. Is the Harrowing canceled?

Disappointed, I put away my card and canceled my RP purchase. Tell me I'm just missing something, because I don't like disappointment. :(

It's not canceled. I've heard that Riot is doing the Harrowing event a little bit different this year than previous years (I forget what might be different), and I believe they are waiting until after worlds is over before they start the Harrowing.
