Ekko is the biggest retarded overloaded cancerchamp in the game. It is not about numbers, its the fact Riot needs to choose a clear direction and start reworking his abilities by removing overloaded stuff and make a real champ of him. Seriously, how many passives, slows, dahses, blinks, heal, cc and stuff does this guy have for being an assasin. It is ridiculous. As long as he brings more utility than 3 random champs combined along with tons of damage thanks to his passives people will ALWAYS build him tank.
Didn't they nerf tank 
to the ground with the AP scaling changes from total to bonus AP?
