champions who can CHUNK with poke

i was playing AP nidalee yesterday with some friends and i got matched up against a level 17 velkoz(kinda wtf), i basically got a few early kills then an under leveled khazik came to hold tower... i hit him with a spear and almost 100-0'd him with just that... i swear it did like 70-80% of his health... i love'd it

just wondering who are some other champions who can absolutely hurt if u get hit by there poke, id like to say jayce but it seems like his gated q never really does nearly this much damage :D
