Losing LP for not accepting and getting DCD in champ select

Im tired of losing 10 lp for not accepting queues when i literally cant see the queue because i get disconnected from pvp.net. I got to my promos for the second time today and now im going to have to win one more game to get to promos again because i didnt accept too many queues because i cant see the queue pop. And why do we lose 3 lp for getting disconnected from champ select? its not like im purposely leaving the champ select it just happens.
