how do you deal with proxy farming
from singed? i rarely have to play against it so i dont know how to deal with it an when it shows up i get my ass handed to me by singed cause he can just live under turrets an out run every gank made against him

you don't. it's cancer. you try to have the jungler sneak up on him if you can and take him out while he's the most out of position he could ever be and then don't chase him as he runs off.
Ignore him, group with team, push objectives. If you get to counterpick him get something with waveclear and/or sustain.
-Pick someone that can farm minions without losing significant hp and just farm close to your tower without letting the wave reach it. He'll eventually have to give up on his proxy.
-If viable on your build, try to rush

-Get items that have fast waveclear and/or sustain.
-NEVER chase him.
Getting items that provide early waveclear can be extremely helpful. Tiamat for auto-attackers, Sunfire cape or Zz'Rot Portal for tanks and Luden's Echo for mages.
You mostly just have to keep farming and clearing the minions yourself. If your mid laner and jungler can collapse on him then it might be worth it the first few kills, but then again it's still better to just waveclear and out-scale him.
