I can never lane against him. There's just something so triggering about getting hit by his laser, and then forgetting that it deals MORE damage if you stand where it hit you at.

Kennen. Constant poke, a movement speed buff that's better than ghost, and a stun that can be applied multiple ways.

i second viktor. adding in: Diana . kick her ass all lane, she shows back up with double dorans and nothing else to one shot you the second she hits 6. i just have no idea how to deal with this ho outside of just using anivia to cockblock her
