Taliyah Nerf?

So i was watching this video, neat little one posted on facebook highlighting changes and i noticed something.

In the end Taliyah is in the "Nerfed" section. but in the patch notes Taliyah has not recieved any nerfs. infact she recieved a buff for her on the howling abyss. this was something that was confusing me and im not sure if i was just reading something wrong or what?
