Where did Ekko go?

People wanted to play ekko as a 100/0 kill any target instantly assassin. When he was designed to wittle (gradually kill) a target.
So basically, his design is "bad" in the view of players.
In the jungle with cinderhulk.
I personally just went back to playing comfort picks after he got some nerfs, though they are toning down those really high mana costs on timewinder that kinda turned me away (though until I "git gud" I will still do less damage do to nerfs to outgoing q damage).
well i was very disappointed that he wasn't an assassin i feel like a lot of people think that he is really just an ap fighter and so people play him in the jungle
