New accounts and Ranked placement.

If you have never played a ranked game you should never be placed higher than bronze 3. Even if you go 10 W -0 L and 1000 kills a game. You should start in the lowest tier there is. Because if you are that good you can make it out of Bronze. Time and time again I get a Silver player that has 2 W and 20+ L and is in silver feeding up a storm and making the game so bad.

Riot think you should change the way you are ranked with a fresh account it really is BS that people that bad get into silver when I had to climb my way there to just get but back into B1 because of them.

I don't think you know how the seeding process works in the slightest. Your initial seed is based on your Normal Draft Pick MMR and your placements. So if you MMR is around a Bronze, but you go 10/0 you could make it to silver. Its not based only on your placement matches and KIlls have absolutely nothing to do with it. Those players are seeded into silver because their Normal Draft MMR is around silver. Also those are rough estimates since you aren't actually paired up with a lot of people. Thats why people are as you describe them. I personally seeded Bronze 2 and instantly fell to bronze 5 because I wasn't ready. I turned it around and a season later I"m in gold. It just takes some getting used to.

The L's come from the fact that ranked is a completely different animal compared to normals. People aren't usually ready for the play style or atmosphere of ranked. THere is a difference in being unskilled and being unprepared. Trust me running Wukong/Yas bot lane works in normals, but I really doubt you'll ever see it in ranked.
