How is matchmaking so one sided

Ever since the new system went live I feel that matchmaking is really back, on top of the ability to get to LVL 30 faster now. I have been on a great losing streak. Last game I had 3 players with less game played than 250. While the other team is high gold low plant how is this even far.

This game was fun 3 years ago but every year the Call of Duty effect happens. Where the devs listen to the people that cry how hard the game is and it needs to be easier and they make the game bad. If you are not a top 1% of the players or a troll this game has been no fun
