Compiling Data on Frequency of Toxic and AFK Players in Various Modes

I heard somewhere on the boards that only 3% of the LoL community is banned or toxic (something along those lines.) That got me thinking; if 3% is toxic (whether it's true or not) what is the likelihood of running into them as often as many players complain they do (or as often as I do. The real world rate doesn't seem to fit with such a small number.) I did some basic math assuming you have no more than 1 AFK per game. (Obviously this isn't always the case, but I'm not getting algebraic with a whimsical thought.)

Assuming only one toxic player per game and not including the other players incited who usually aren’t toxic 3% 3 out of 100 players are toxic 10 players per game

10 games out of that 100 people 3 of those games math-wise will have a toxic player

3 out of 10 is roughly 33% 33% of games in LoL are likely to have a toxic player based on this hypothetical

I'm considering what the title says, but I don't even get to play every day and need others to contribute to the study as my garbage luck may not be representative of the LoL experience. This will be a year-long study and I will do my best to keep tabs on all matches of the day until the end of S5. Needless to say, I'm looking for dedicated volunteers willing to tally up their games every day. This isn't the actual thread I will post data on. This thread will be for categorical suggestions and such. I also don't know how to verify the validity of info people send me. I'd prefer it if volunteers have a strong positive presence on the boards i.e. constructive feedback in posts, doesn't troll or rage, etc.

My criteria so far for what I started is by date. I'll probably end up transferring everything to Excel later. I'll give an example. 12/7/14 AFK 2/4 games (There was an AFK on mine or the opposing team -both were mine today) TOX 1/4 games (There was a toxic player on my team -obviously can't always verify the enemy team in this case) AFKTOX 0/4 games (3 of the 4 games I played today had either an AFK or toxic player, none had both at the same time)

I'm considering limiting the AFK to just the mine and any volunteers' teams as the toxicity can't always be verified on the opposing team nor can AFK is some cases. I want to be as accurate as possible.

Thoughts, ideas, volunteers?

3/10 = 30%

There is 9 players outside of you. 3 out of 100, 9 per game. 3 toxic players within 11.1 games. 27% of your games involve toxic players is more accurate.

Let alone of those toxic players they borderline a 33% toxic rate if not banned meaning 1/3 of those games they play is not toxic. AT THE MOST(could be much less often they are toxic).

Meaning 9% of your games involve toxicity at the most possible. That is 1 in 11.1 games. This number also varies on ranked vs other modes although we don't know their number difference but we can assume ranked has more toxic players.

Tbh there is too many variables to accurately display this because even a healthy player can bust once in a while.
