This Probably Doesn't Help Toxicity At All

I just want to leave this here because, at the end of it all, if you're one of these people, you're part of the problem with toxicity in this community.

If you sit there as a bystander and say "I'm not a part of this guy just verbally assaulting you" (mostly because I was playing Teemo) and you don't report this guy for this kind of harassment, then you're condoning this behavior.

And because of this, that player probably won't get his chat bans or whatever, because there are people out there who will just sit there and go "eh, it's not me, no big deal".

Great job guys, you REALLY help this anti-toxicity system work.

Okay, just so you know, it only takes one report, that's it. Multiple reports in a single game are treated the same as if they were just a single report. Riot has done since as long as I can remember to make sure not to give premade parties too much power through the reporting system. So, asking for reports is pretty much pointless; if you want someone reported, just do it yourself and the system will flag that player.

you seem kind of toxic yourself.

Well, going 8-15 while playing Teemo doesn't exactly help toxicity, either.

He's not reporting anyone because he didn't listen to your conversation. That's a totally legit reason to avoid reporting someone.
